Some things begin before we understand what they are becoming.
COLIBRÍ began long before it had a name.
It was shaped through a sobriety journey, through grief and the loss of my grandmother and grandfather, and through the small moments that kept asking me to notice what was still here.
Hummingbirds
They began appearing in meaningful moments—sometimes alone, sometimes in pairs—becoming a quiet symbol I could not ignore.
Healing without a map
I began to understand that healing did not require knowing exactly what came next.
I only had to believe there could still be a next.
That understanding became part of the heart of Colibrí: creating something that can meet people where they are, without asking them to arrive as anyone other than themselves.
